Week of April 13th

We hope that everyone had a great Spring Break.   Teacher Jo spent the spent most of the week Spring Cleaning so not a lot of fun stories, but she can't wait to hear about everyone's adventures.

Elevator
The elevator is only for families with strollers, or people who need physical assistance.  At no time should a child be in the elevator by themselves.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Our sign-up is out for our Spring time play, Tuesday, May 19th at 9:30 at the Theater at Fort Vancouver High School.  The fee will be $6 per ticket.  Please let us know if you will be able to attend, this is a fun lively musical for all ages.

Auction
Mark your calender for our Auction Saturday April 18th at Big Al's.  Tickets will be $22/person or $40/couple.  This is an adult-only night, and a night where we can have lots of fun, play games and have a good time.

We will also be getting ready for our Spring Unit by doing some “Spring Cleaning” in the Star Class.  Even though the toys were sanitized at the beginning of Spring Break, we thought the kids would enjoy helping us clean the toys with soap and water in our sensory area.

Word Wall
As we get back into the swing of things we thought that it would be fun if your child wanted to bring in things to share from their Spring Break Adventures or something that starts with the letter Xx.  (Especially since this really is a hard letter to find things around the house for). They can put their item in our pelican that is by the word wall.
